Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who can contribute individually in addition to working with the team to deliver excellent product in terms of well thought user experience, design and business need. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Aligned Product Planning: Understanding user feedback and market alignment to plan the product roadmap. Create clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups to guide the development team.
Design Thinking: Work with design team to create clean, intuitive user experiences which make the product easy-to-use, efficient and easy to configure. Have hands-on experience on creating designs & mockups that help the design team to think clearly.
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Radius's overall goals and business focus.
Ownership: Have complete ownership of product both in terms of performance and business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize development based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with design, engineering and marketing teams to drive product success and adoption.
Release Management: Plan and oversee product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry / start up
- Strong understanding of messaging platforms, chatbots, and customer engagement technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
