Radius Agent is a fast-growing platform empowering real estate agents with tools and resources to grow their businesses. We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketer to drive product adoption and retention, manage end-to-end product launches, and communicate product value to our users.

Role Overview:
As a Product Marketer, you will play a key role in managing and launching products from ideation through adoption. You will collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives, engage clients, and meet subscription revenue targets. This position is ideal for a self-starter with tech startup experience and a proven ability to measure and communicate product success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Launch Management: Own the entire go-to-market process for product launches, from ideation to post-launch adoption. Define product positioning, develop messaging, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
  2. Customer Insights & Segmentation: Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, using insights to refine product messaging.
  3. Positioning & Messaging: Create clear, compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates Radius Agent’s products in the marketplace and resonates with target audiences.
  4. Content Development: Produce high-impact content (product videos, demos, email campaigns, etc.) using Figma and Canva to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  5. Sales & Client Collaboration: Work with sales teams to create training materials, collateral, and sales tools. Regularly interface with clients to ensure seamless product onboarding and adoption.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and customer success teams to maintain a consistent brand and product experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with designers for cohesive design and brand alignment.
  7. Success Metrics & Analytics: Track and measure product performance using data-driven metrics. Analyze product adoption, usage rates, and feedback to recommend strategic optimizations.
  8. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including go-to-market strategies, client feedback, and performance analytics, to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in product marketing within a tech startup, with direct experience in end-to-end product launches.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools Figma and Canva.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Effective communicator with a talent for translating complex product features into clear, persuasive messaging.
    • Proven track record of successful product launches, managing the process from ideation to client engagement and adoption.
    • Strong analytical skills for assessing product success and setting data-driven strategies.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with subscription-based models, product marketing frameworks (AIDA, Jobs-to-be-Done), and real estate knowledge.
    • Metrics-driven, with a solid understanding of product performance indicators and user engagement analytics.
