Role Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Product Manager with a proven track record of driving subscription revenue in a fast-paced, real estate-focused startup. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience managing and growing product adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on growth targets. The role requires independent leadership, aligning teams including marketing, product marketing, and customer service to meet subscription revenue targets and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive subscription revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that increase product adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success) to align on messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for product users while driving product optimization for better engagement.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer feedback drives product improvements and innovations.
  • Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and key decisions from cross-functional meetings.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product creation and managing subscription targets.
  • Proven experience in a successful real estate product startup.
  • Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of subscription revenue models, growth metrics, and driving product adoption.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a remote or hybrid environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with subscription revenue models and scaling product usage.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate teams toward common goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000
  • Opportunity to work remotely with a preference for Bay Area candidates
