Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js / Next.js) to join our high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in architecting and developing cutting-edge web applications that define the future of Radius Agent’s platform.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship impactful features that deliver exceptional user experiences. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about writing clean, efficient code, and enjoys working in a collaborative, team-driven culture.

You will be responsible for:

  • Architect, design, and develop modern, high-performance frontend features for Radius Agent’s web applications using React.js and Next.js.
     
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate ideas into elegant, scalable solutions.
     
  • Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive implementations across all browsers and devices.
     
  • Continuously optimize performance, debug issues, and improve application scalability.
     
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
     
  • Contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture and advocate for technical excellence.
     
  • Actively participate in code reviews, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirement-

  • 4+ years of professional experience building and scaling commercial web applications.
     
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js.
     
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern UI development practices.
     
  • Proven track record of delivering intuitive, performant, and responsive user interfaces.
     
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with a strong sense of ownership.
     
  • Passionate about clean code, continuous improvement, and staying current with modern frontend trends.
     
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset — you enjoy collaborating and mentoring others.

This will be in office role, based out of Bangalore
