Radius Agent is building a nation wide, people first, technology-driven real estate brokerage.  While both new and experienced agents struggle to find the support they need from a traditional brokerage, Radius refines the traditional brokerage model by providing training, education, and mentorship to inexperienced agents as well as leads, back office, marketing, technology, and financial product support for team leaders and top performing agents.  

You can think of Radius as a “business-in-box” for residential real estate professionals.  

We are rapidly growing. Over 75,000 agents nationwide use Radius’ social network app to exchange referrals and expand their networks. Our brokerage currently operates in California and in Colorado, and as we move into 2022, Radius will begin opening more markets across the U.S.  

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for new members to join our team and help create a nationwide company.  

Role Description:

As a QA Engineer for all applications at Radiusagent (both web and mobile), you will conduct comprehensive black box QA testing. You will help engineers and customer service representatives triage difficult bugs, build reproducible test cases and investigate complex issues
 

Responsibilities

  • Independently utilize innovative test methodologies to develop test plans and test strategies.
  • You will help design, develop and execute automation scripts. (Appium/Selenium) and extend the automation library and framework.
  • You will be working on Selenium/Appium.
  • You will be involved in DB testing ( SQL)
  • You will work efficiently in a multi-project agile environment
  • You will be working on performance, security and scalability testing
  • You will be working on troubleshooting apps using analytics data, crash reports, and user error reports.

Requirement

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in testing ( Automation )
  • You should have Excellent debugging skills, measures (Crash metrics) and code analyzing skills for quality.
  • You should have a good understanding of mobile applications, memory management, and background services.
  • You should have a good understanding of API’s and have done API automation.
  • Prior experience with performance testing and security (preferable)
  • Prior experience in a Product based company will be a plus.
