Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our fast-growing, tech-focused, real estate brokerage. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the optimization of marketing and sales processes and the development of organization pipeline reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, enhance the customer journey, and to drive the growth of the business.  This role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the entire customer funnel — from demand generation to advocacy — and the processes, tech, and reporting needed to optimize it.
  • Ownership of the customer journey — logistics, reporting, and identification of opportunities for enhancement
  • Ownership and integration of the Radius tech stack — to include the line of Radius products — to ensure that all elements are connected in a seamless manner for logistical and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and optimize sales, marketing, and customer retention processes, to improve conversion rates, drive revenue growth, and retain our clients.
  • Develop and implement new sales tactics and targeting to increase revenue performance, using data-driven insights and market research to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that revenue targets are met, and to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain organization-wide reporting and analysis, including pipeline forecasting, revenue forecasting, and sales and marketing performance metrics, to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure that sales revenue is accurately tracked and recorded, and to develop revenue recognition policies that comply with accounting standards.
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies to optimize processes and improve overall pipeline performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams on best practices, and tools and technologies.  
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure that revenue operations goals are aligned with company-wide objectives and are contributing to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, and marketing operations in the real estate or tech industry.
  • 5+ years of experience using HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation tool — creating cross-departmental processes, workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems, social network management systems, etc
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales processes, strategies, and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
