Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Product Manager to lead our growth initiatives as we scale towards Series C. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, experimenting with new strategies, and optimizing the customer lifecycle to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, and engineering, to deliver impactful growth strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and supports our transition to Series C. Identify key growth levers across the user journey and prioritize initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities, measure the impact of experiments, and iterate on successful strategies. Leverage data insights to optimize conversion rates, user engagement, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives. Ensure alignment across teams and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • User Journey Optimization: Analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the UX/UI team to design and implement features that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead experimentation efforts to test hypotheses around product features, pricing models, and marketing channels. Use rigorous testing methodologies to validate assumptions and scale successful experiments.
  • Growth Marketing Support: Partner with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, enhance customer acquisition strategies, and improve channel performance. Provide product insights and support to drive growth marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and growth strategies. Ensure that user needs and pain points are addressed in growth initiatives.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, including user acquisition, activation rates, churn, and revenue metrics. Provide regular updates to the executive team on growth progress and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth or similar roles in a startup environment. Experience in fintech, brokerage, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing growth strategies that have driven significant user and revenue growth.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development and ability to work effectively with engineering teams. Familiarity with APIs, databases, and growth hacking tools is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Deep empathy for users and a passion for improving their experience. Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, sales, product, and engineering. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with financial products, virtual brokerage, or fintech platforms.
  • Experience scaling a startup from Series B to Series C or beyond.
