We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand potential prospects' business challenges and position Radius's solutions accordingly.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each prospect’s unique needs.
  • Follow-Up Management: Manage follow-ups and communication throughout the sales process to ensure timely closure and maximize revenue potential.
  • CRM Management: Regularly update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Sales Meetings Participation: Actively participate in sales meetings, providing updates on pipeline status.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends and Radius's product suite to effectively articulate the value proposition.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to complete scheduled meetings, ensuring a seamless transition.
    • Work with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, share insights from the field, and optimize campaigns for higher-quality leads and better conversion rates.
    • Partner with the launch team to ensure smooth client transitions and set clients up for long-term success.
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to identify opportunities for expanding account relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
